Jo Callaghan, thanks for your help organizing. We did enjoy our trip to Greece and being able to see the islands and learn about the history and experience the local cuisine. The ship was very nice and our room was very spacious and comfortable. All of the staff on the ship were very courteous and went out of their way to accommodate us.

The additional time in Santorini was fun and relaxing. We spent time walking in Oai, the spa was very relaxing, food was great, sunsets were beautiful. The last day we rented a car and drove the island and I enjoyed getting to do that on our own time and see the entire island.

In Athens, the tour was quick but it fit the time we had. The only issue was we should have ordered tickets for the Parthenon in advance so we could get there early before the crowds. The driver that gave us the tour admitted he wasn't a tour guide, but being from there he gave us his best description of the highlights.

We both enjoyed the available excursions on each island. Ephesus was the one we enjoyed the most. The ride there was long (3 hours), but we were able to see a lot on the ride to consume some of the time. On the trip we toured Ephesus, had a traditional Turkish lunch, and learned about the art of Turkish handmade rugs, then visited the house of Virgin Mary. A lot was packed into the trip, but well worth it.
